President Mahinda Rajapaksa will take oaths for his second term on November 18 this year, minister Prof. G.L. Peiris said. Mr. Rajapaksa took oaths in his first term as president on November 19, 2005. He returned to office as the sixth executive president of the country at the presidential polls on January 26 this year.
